Wörterbücher im Alltag – Dictionary Days 2025 in Mailand

Vom 13. bis 14. November 2025 findet die vierte Ausgabe der Dictionary Days in Mailand statt – ein spannendes Seminar rund um die Rolle von Wörterbüchern im Alltag. Die Veranstaltung bringt internationale Expertinnen und Experten zusammen, um Themen wie Wörterbücher als Alltagsgegenstände, Soldatenwörterbücher, Geschlechterstereotype in der Lexikographie und die Nutzung von Parallelkorpora zu diskutieren.

EMLex Welcomes the Alain Rey Cohort

On September 30, the EMLex Steering Board, comprising María José Domínguez (USC), Idalete Dias (UMinho), and Christine Ganslmayer (FAU), together with Programme Manager Luke Akinremi, hosted a warm and engaging online welcome session for the incoming Alain Rey Cohort.
It was a delightful occasion filled with friendly interactions and enthusiasm. The session offered new students their first opportunity to meet fellow cohort members, even though they will begin their studies at different universities across the consortium.

Ausflug nach Metz

Am Samstag hat EMLex in Nancy einen Ausflug in die nahegelegene Stadt Metz unternommen. Drei EMLex-Studierende – Daria, Azeez und Joseph – haben daran teilgenommen und gemeinsam einen spannenden Tag voller kultureller Eindrücke und schöner Erlebnisse verbracht.
