Thesis Defenses at the University of Santiago de Compostela

We are delighted to share that two of our students at the University of Santiago de Compostela successfully defended their master’s theses on September 15.

• Emmanuelle Catherine Meten Baban presented her research titled:
  “Towards a Better Lexicographic Culture in Cameroon”,
  exploring ways to enhance lexicographic awareness and practice in her home country.
• Trisztán Varga defended his thesis:
  “Die Konzipierung eines einsprachigen Verbwörterbuches für Ungarisch als Fremdsprache. Ein Wörterbuchprojekt unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Merkmale der ungarischen Grammatik in der lexikographischen Mikrostruktur”,
  which focuses on designing a monolingual verb dictionary for Hungarian as a foreign language, with special attention to the unique grammatical features of Hungarian.
